Do not use equipment when the input voltage scale is 320-420V, and the grid voltage is higher than 420V;
After the device is powered on, stop touching the input connectors, output connectors, capacitor box connectors, sensors, etc. on the device to prevent the risk of electric shock;
Any wiring changes in the equipment table must be performed after the equipment power is turned off;
The inside of the device, the induction coil, and the capacitor box must be cooled by water, and the water source must be clean to avoid blocking the cooling pipes and causing overheating and damage to the device.
Planning and installation of induction coil (furnace):
Due to the large intermediate frequency current, resistance heat occurs through the induction coil. Therefore, in high power applications, it is recommended to use copper tubes and square copper tubes with a thickness of more than Φ8 and a wall thickness of more than 1MM to reduce the copper heat loss and improve the heating power;
The IF induction coil (furnace) is connected to the IF power supply's right and wrong barrier under most conditions. Therefore, it is live and not allowed to contact. The insulation of the induction coil should be considered first when it is planned. Generally, it should be handled as follows:
绕 Insulate copper pipes with high-temperature-resistant insulation pipes before winding, or after winding copper pipes, alter the high-temperature-resistant insulation materials on the surface;
内 Inner ring cavity, use mica paper or board insulation;
⑶ Put into high temperature furnace lining;
外 The outer ring of the induction coil can be covered with an insulation plate to avoid touching the risk;
The intermediate frequency induction coil needs to be wound with a longer copper tube to obtain a large inductance, and the total recommended length should be more than 5 meters;
Select the "constant voltage / constant power" control method:
Select the constant voltage control method: Set the "constant voltage / constant power" switch to the constant voltage position. At this moment, the equipment is operating under constant voltage conditions, such as the thermal power and heating speed change with the temperature of the workpiece, the network pressure and other conditions. About ferromagnetic materials such as steel, in the cold state, the heating speed is fast and the heating power is large; in the hot state above 600 ° C, the heating speed is slow and the heating power is small. For non-magnetic materials such as graphite, the opposite may be true.
Choose a constant power control method: place the "constant voltage / constant power" switch in the constant power position. Under this condition, the active power (including heating power and loss power) of the output of the device will not change, regardless of whether the workpiece is cold or hot, magnetic or non-magnetic, ferromagnetic data (such as steel), the magnetic change during heating, Changes in conditions such as pressure fluctuations, the equipment strives to maintain a stable output power, that is, to ensure that the heating power does not change at all, and then achieve faster heating speed, higher heating temperature, etc.
The user can select the heating effect by comparing the two selection conditions.
Select panel operation / foot switch operation:
When selecting the panel for operation, please unplug the foot switch (or remote switch), press the start button once, the device operates, and press the stop button once, the device will be suspended;
When selecting the foot switch for operation, press the foot switch to operate the equipment; release the foot switch to stop the operation of the equipment;
The basic operation process:
Close the external power switch, the air switch on the rear panel of the device, and the control power switch on the front panel of the device;
Open the cooling water and investigate the certain water flow of the outlet pipe;
Refer to the section "Panel Functions" to adjust the parameters on the IF power panel;
Place the workpiece to be heated in the induction coil;
Press the start button on the operation panel or press the foot switch to start heating;
Press the stop button on the operation panel or release the foot switch to stop heating;
When shutting down, first turn off the power switch on the front panel and turn off the external main power switch. Then turn off the water after half an hour; the air switch on the rear panel of the device is mainly set for current limiting maintenance. In order to extend its service life, usually, the air switch is always closed. When equipment is installed, the equipment must be equipped with a dedicated power-on switch and current limiting for each equipment.
