The maintenance of the medium frequency furnace must first be shut down for one week or half a month to check all the performance of the machine in order to understand the condition of the equipment in a timely manner. The following are the daily inspection steps and one week or half month inspection steps.
2. In order for the machine to be better used at work, every day must:
(1) Use a temperature measuring gun to observe the temperature of the thyristor, the resistance-capacitance protection resistor, and the working temperature of the voltage equalizing resistor. The temperature measurement time is divided into three phases: the first temperature measurement is about 5 to 10 minutes after the machine is running about one third of the power when the machine runs the first furnace molten steel. The second time is to measure again when the furnace is almost full. Then the temperature was measured for the third time at the end of the smelting, which is today's last furnace with full power. Of course, the above three temperature measurements need to be recorded in order to find and solve problems in time.
(2) Check whether the screws of the cable are loose every day.
(3) Before turning on the power, you must confirm that the power pump and the furnace water pump are turned on. The water pressure is 1.5 to 1.7 kg in the power cabinet and 1.5 to 2 kg in the furnace.
(4) Keep the iron water and metal objects clean near the furnace water cable.
3. Before running the equipment, the water pump must be turned on for 10 minutes in advance, in order to observe whether there is leakage and seepage, and immediately handle it if it is found, so as not to affect production.
4. If the machine detects an abnormal temperature of the thyristor, it should immediately check the cause to see if the water pipe is folded up, causing insufficient water flow and heating, or there is a blockage of dirt in the thyristor sleeve.
5. If the resistance temperature of the rectified resistance-capacitance protection is obviously different from other resistances, you should immediately check whether the capacitor is open or the resistance has been damaged. Generally, the buzzer sounds a little when the reactor is turned on.
6. When inspecting and maintaining every week or half a month, pay attention to:
(1) Inverter resistance capacitance protects the wire trough above from falling, so as to avoid short circuit, non-inductive resistance and burnout of KK tube. If you find it, use a cable tie immediately.
(2) The screws and water card of the equipment need to be tightened once a week to avoid equipment damage caused by falling or loosening.
(3) Observe whether the hydraulic oil is insufficient once a week. Generally, at least 80% of the oil volume should be maintained.
(4) As far as locality is concerned, some manufacturers have better water quality in the cabinet of the intermediate frequency power supply, whether there is a rotten water spout. If it is serious, please make a set of water distributor so that it can be replaced in time. It is strictly forbidden to weld on the machine after disassembling each nozzle. This will seriously affect the production schedule and bring unnecessary time loss. Water distributors are usually replaced every 3 months for open water systems. If the system is completely closed, it will be replaced every six months to once a year.
7. For cleaning with the sleeve, 20% concentrated dilute hydrochloric acid is usually circulated in the water sleeve for 10 minutes to 15 minutes. Generally after washing, it must be used once with 100% water and blown dry with compressed air before use, so as not to rot the hydrochloric acid sleeve.
8.Hydraulic maintenance points: pay attention to the cleanliness and quantity of oil when using hydraulic oil. It usually takes half a year to replace the hydraulic oil and clean the filter once a month. Note that there are two strainers inside the hydraulic station. Do not let it work at the bottom of the hydraulic station. Be sure to place it on the rack inside the hydraulic station to prevent iron filings inside the hydraulic station from entering the hydraulic pump and damaging the pump.
